Software problems If you have problems with your software (things not working right, crashing) or questions, send an email to support@pixelatedsoftware.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Lost registration code If you lost a registration code to any Pixelated Software product, enter your email address below. An email will be sent to that address containing all registration codes for that address.

If you no longer have access to that email account, send a message to registration@pixelatedsoftware.com with your old email address, new email address, and the product name.

Expired registration code It is possible for code to expire if you get the registration code from Kagi and not from within the application. We apologize for this inconvenience. To get an updated code, enter the expired code below and an updated code will be emailed to the registered user.

If you no longer have access to that email account, send a message to registration@pixelatedsoftware.com with your old email address, new email address, and the registration code.

Invalid registration code The registration code you were sent is based on the email address as you gave it to us when you registered. Make sure that you are entering your email address exactly as it appears on your registration confirmation email.
